These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by KOHA Eyewear, a company registered in Albania under NUIS M51421021U, with headquarters at Rruga Him Kolli, nr.1, Tirana, Albania.

All products offered on our website are handmade luxury eyewear crafted with high-quality materials. We make every effort to accurately display the colors and finishes of our products. Slight variations may occur due to the artisanal nature of our work.

Our optical frames and sunglasses are CE-marked and fully compliant with international standards and regulations:

• Conform to European harmonized standard EN ISO 12312-1
• Lenses are impact resistant according to FDA Title 21 CFR 801.410 (USA)
• Classified as Class I Medical Devices under EU Regulation 2017/745, suitable for the manufacture of eyeglasses with ophthalmic lenses
• In full compliance with EN ISO 12870:2018

All prices are shown in [EUR] and include VAT, where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not represent final acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or reject an order for valid reasons (e.g., stock unavailability, suspicious activity).

We ship within Albania and internationally. Estimated delivery times are:
– Albania: 2–5 business days
– EU: 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Custom fees for international orders (outside EU) may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with Law No. 9902/2008 (Consumer Protection Law).

To return a product:

– Return it unused, in original packaging, within 14 days of notification.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Our products are covered by a legal warranty of 14 months, for manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

All designs, logos, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of KOHA Eyewear and are protected under Albanian and international IP law. Use without permission is strictly prohibited.

We process your personal data in accordance with Law No. 9887/2008 (Data Protection Law), in line with GDPR principles.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Albanian law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage resolving it amicably. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Tirana District Court.
